Grand Theft Auto 1 & 2 Gets Rated by PEGI for PS3

Grand Theft Auto 1

The first installments of Grand Theft Auto have a place in the memory of the players of the late 90s. Especially due to the controversy generated by allowing us to be part of the criminal life of a virtual city. We know that nothing was the same for the franchise since 2001 with the rise of Grand Theft Auto III, but Grand Theft Auto and Grand Theft Auto 2, still created by DMA Design, earned a place in history and it looks like they could soon return.

A few moments ago, a report from Gematsu revealed that new rating of Grand Theft Auto and Grand Theft Auto 2 has appeared on the PEGI ranking list, the body in charge of reviewing content in Europe, indicating a release date for today, April 30 and, somewhat strangely, that the launch console will be PlayStation 3.

Obviously, the registration has been the rarest for everyone, since the Sony console no longer has released and is kept alive by online support and thanks to the activity of the PlayStation Store. In this case, this list would be a surprise of the possible arrival of both titles on the PlayStation distribution platform, which lacks them since the oldest title available is Grand Theft Auto III, which is part of the PS2 Classics section.

In both cases, the records are in the name of Take2 Interactive Software Europe ltd, but so far there is no official information about a possible release of Grand Theft Auto and Grand Theft Auto 2, so this information will have to be reserved.
