No More Heroes for PC has finally got its official release date. Xseed Games, the American video game company today released the No More Heroes (Steam) – launch date announcement trailer which you can watch below. The dev released the trailer revealing that No More Heroes 1+2 is coming to Steam on June 9.

To recall, No More Heroes first launched back in 2007 for Nintendo Switch, Wii, and Amazon Luna. Now, the game has been remastered in HD. The game’s Steam page says that players will need a controller in order to play the game as the game doesn’t support a keyboard and mouse.

The developers describe the content like this:

No More Heroes is an action hack and slash game. This title contains excessive blood, violence, and gore, including disturbing elements such as decapitation and dismemberment. There is an offscreen reference to a high school student killing her fellow students. This game also contains strong sexual themes and partial nudity. Contains verbal reference to past sexual abuse. Heavy swearing is present throughout the game such as f*ck and sh*t. Use of alcohol is occasionally shown in the game.
