A couple of years ago we had news about Kingdoms of Amalur again. As we learned that THQ Nordic had acquired the rights to the franchise. This thrilled many fans of Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, who hoped the studio would do something with the IP.

If you are one of them, we have excellent news that will brighten you up, as the first details of Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning emerged, a remastering of the original game for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC that debuted in 2012. The information was leaked on the Microsoft store, and a tentative release date is also given for PC on August 18, 2020, also there will be some improvements in the remaster.

Its product page notified that Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning will debut on Xbox One with an improved graphics section, with several optimizations to its gameplay and all its DLC. Also, it is mentioned that its distributor is THQ Nordic while its developer is Kaiko Games. Some detail is that the Microsoft store also shows a release date. If the data is accurate, Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning will be released in a few months, specifically on August 18.
