Crysis Remastered Will Officially Release in Summer 2020, Teaser Trailer Released

Crytek has finally managed to officially announce Crysis Remastered. This is great news for many fans of the series because most of the information came to light in advance. You can also check the teaser trailer of the Crysis Remastered that unofficially landed on Youtube below.

It is confirmed that Crysis Remastered will release in summer 2020 for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. Crytek has not disclosed the proper release date though and it is still not known how much investment is made in this title.

With the game, you can enjoy a single-player campaign of the original title. Which was equipped with high-quality textures and improved assets. There are many features included in the game, like a temporal anti-aliasing, HD texture package, ultra-modern depth fields, new light settings, motion blur, SVOGI, parallax occlusion mapping, particle effects and SSDO. In addition, there is a volumetric fog, software-assisted ray tracing and screen-space reflections.

“We are excited to be working on the Crysis franchise again, and to bring all the Crysis fans a remaster worthy of their passion for the game,” the Crytek CEO Avni Yerli stated. “It’s an exciting opportunity to be able to bring Crysis back to PCs and current consoles – even Nintendo Switch! – so that a whole new generation of players can experience the thrill of a battle in the Nanosuit.”
