Insomniac Games on Thursday via an official PlayStation blog post announced that Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will officially launch on June 11, 2021, exclusively for PS5. The game is a sequel to the 2016 reboot of Ratchet & Clank. The first gameplay demo for the game was presented during Gamescom 2020: Opening Night Live broadcast.
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is an upcoming third-person shooter platform game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 5.

”Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is a brand-new full-length adventure. Players who preorder the Standard Edition of the game will get Carbonox armor pack from Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando (2003) with high-definition materials, lighting responses, and ray-traced reflections.
Players who will preorder will also get an early-unlock of the Pixelizer weapon, the retro-blaster weapon from Ratchet & Clank (2016), updated visually for the PS5 console.
