Call of Duty Warzone, the new massive open-world game launched on March 10 as free to play for everyone on Playstation 4, Battle.net for PC, and Xbox One. The game attracted more than 6 million players worldwide within the next 24 hours to join in the new combat experience after the game went live. Now, within the first week of its official release, Activision has announced that Call of Duty Warzone has crossed 15 million players worldwide.
To recall, Call of Duty Warzone launches as one-time early access for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare owners, and then headed to everyone a few hours later around 12 PM PDT, free for!.
Call of Duty Warzone is a new free-to-play game available to download for everyone for free. The game comes with the two game modes: Battle Royale and Plunder.
Where you can squad up with up to three players (more players support coming soon) to fight and survive as the last squad in the Battle Royale mode. In this mode, you squad up against 150 players who jump alongside into the massive open world of Verdansk and survive escaping the deadly gas in the swiftly closing circle.
On the other hand, in Plunder mode, your race is on to collect the most in-match Cash by looting across the map, taking down enemies to steal their Cash, and completing in-match Contracts. Call of Duty Warzone also features the following five wheicale types listed below.
- ATV – two seater, provides minimal protection, good at offroading, fast.
- Tactical Rover – four seater, provides minimal protection, solidly fast, solid at off-roading.
- SUV – four seater, provides good protection, medium speed, not ideal for off-roading.
- Cargo Truck – holds the squad plus equipment, excellent protection, not for off-roading, slowest.
- Helicopter – four seater, decent coverage, flies.
