Paradox Interactive has announced grand Victoria 3. The game will launch for PC via Steam and the Paradox Store. Victoria 3 will also be available via Xbox Game Pass for PC, but there is no exact release date yet. Victoria 3 is an exciting strategy game set in 19th century.
