World War Z: Aftermath Cross-Save feature is now available, a convenient way to transfer your saved game data across different platforms. This functionality allows players to effortlessly move their progress between various gaming environments by linking their game to a PROS account. To establish this link, players can either scan a QR code or use a specific button located in the game’s main menu. Once linked, these platforms become accessible through the PROS website, enabling players to manage and transfer their save files easily.
The Cross-Save feature is compatible with a broad range of platforms, including Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Microsoft Store, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
To transfer your WWZ: Aftermath save files, follow the steps below.
- Log in or create an account within the PROS system.
- In the game’s main menu, click on the “Visit PROS” button to link the game to the platforms of your choice.
- From the PROS website, select the platform from which you wish to transfer your files and choose the destination platform from your list of linked platforms.
- Carefully review the confirmation points before proceeding:
- Be aware that the existing save file on the destination platform will be replaced with the new save from your chosen source platform.
- Note that another save transfer cannot be initiated within the next 2 hours, although you can revert the changes during this period.
- Understand that paid DLCs are not transferrable between linked platforms.
- Return to the game and confirm the changes to complete the transfer process.
