A few years back, a Harry Potter RPG developed by Avalanche Software was leaked. Unfortunately, since then we have not heard about it and many wonder why. The good thing is that it seems that the project has not been canceled and that it already has a release date.
According to a Reddit user CorGrahven, he mentioned that he is doing voice overs for video game trailers. What is interesting is that he assured that one of the distributors he works for, which is allied with Warner Bros., told him that they are talking with the company to locate for certain regions a Harry Potter game, which would debut in 2021.
It is worth mentioning that the Reddit user pointed out that he does not know exactly what game it is. That said, he suspects that this is the RPG that leaked a couple of years ago. Now, it is important to make it clear that the above should only be taken as a rumor. Although there is evidence that CorGravhen works as a musician and voice actor, the reality is that his publication lacks evidence to support what he claims.
For this reason, take this information with a grain of salt and keep your hype low. In case you don’t know, in October 2018 a gameplay leaked showing a supposed Harry Potter RPG developed by Avalanche Software, a studio best known for its work on Disney Infinity.
In the video – which has already been removed from various sites – you could see that it was an RPG in which we were going to control a Hogwarts student whom we were going to be able to customize. It also showed us that we would have at our disposal a large number of magic attacks.
Do you think this RPG is real? Do you think we will see it soon? Tell us in the comments below.
