According to the Japanese PlayStation Store description, Final Fantasy VII Remake coming to PlayStation Plus (PS+) in March next Month. One interesting detail that PS Store has is that the PS4 version of the Final Fantasy VII Remake can not be upgraded to the PS5 version after subscribing to PlayStation Plus and getting the game as free to play.
This means, if you get the PS4 version of the Final Fantasy VII Remake as free by subscribing to the PlayStation Plus (if you haven’t already) then you won’t be able to upgrade to the PS5 version after subscribing to the PS+ and getting the game as a free play.
The store page also says that those who have the PlayStation 4 version of “Final Fantasy VII Remake” can also download the “Final Fantasy VII Remake” PlayStation 5 version for 100 yen (tax included). The page also says that those who have downloaded the PS4 version of the game can not purchase the Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade Digital Deluxe Edition.
