Could the dark action role-playing game of Demon’s Souls Remake developed by Bluepoint Games be one of the titles that are already available for the launch of the PlayStation 5? At least a corresponding age classification and journalist suggests it.
One of the most interesting titles announced for the PlayStation 5 in the past few weeks is without a doubt the dark action role-playing game called Demon’s Souls Remake.
The new edition is currently being created by the remaster experts at Bluepoint Games and has not yet been given a specific release date. After speculation in recent weeks that Demon’s Souls remake could be one of the titles that appear in the PlayStation 5’s launch time window, the evidence seems to be increasing these days.
The Demon’s Souls remake was given an age rating on August 13, 2020, in South Korea. This could suggest that the re-release is not too far off. So it could possibly be the time for the launch of the next-generation PlayStation. The whole thing has of course not been officially confirmed.
Furthermore, the often well-informed Imran Khan from Kinda Funny spoke up. According to him, Demon’s Souls Remake has always been a launch title. Even despite the COVID-19 restrictions, this scenario is not yet off the table according to his assessment.
I’d doubt it if only for COVID reasons but I don’t think it’s off the table. As far as I know, they had always been targeting launch/launch window.

Especially since it is still not yet known when the PlayStation 5 will ultimately find its way onto the market. This week we received unconfirmed reports that said it could happen, just like the Xbox Series X this November.
We will, of course, keep you up to date on further developments.
