The atmospheric adventure game FARAWAY TRAIN is now available for players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, marking its debut on consoles. With this launch, the publisher AMATA Games and developer Tatamibeya, bringing the game to new audiences.
Originally launched for PC via Steam back on June 3, 2021, FARAWAY TRAIN invites players to explore an endless train where they uncover the story of Empress Roxelana, whose actions with an ancient device led to an empire’s collapse.
The game features a mysterious setting and a free mode where players can roam the train, look out the windows, and relax. The console versions are available at a special launch price of $11.89, £9.76, or €11.89 until September 9, after which the price will rise to $13.99, £11.49, or €13.99.
This release expands the game’s reach beyond PC, offering a fresh experience for console players interested in its unique narrative. Some have noted the absence of the EPUB reader feature from the PC version, but preset stories remain available to enjoy.
